What You Can Do

Once connected, PlayerZero AI agents can:

  • Read issues and comments β€” Access full issue details, descriptions, project associations, subscribers, and comment history for context during debugging
  • Create issues β€” Create new issues with team, title, description, state, priority, labels, assignees, estimates, and project assignment
  • Update issues β€” Modify existing issues including state, priority, labels, assignees, description, and subscriber lists
  • Add comments β€” Post investigation results, root cause analysis, or reproduction steps directly to issues
  • Update comments β€” Edit existing comment content
  • Reply to comments β€” Create threaded replies on existing comments
  • Delete comments β€” Remove comments created by the integration
  • Search and browse labels β€” Discover available labels with parent/child hierarchy support and team-scoped filtering
  • Manage labels β€” Create new labels for organizing issues
  • Create projects β€” Set up new Linear projects with team association
  • Create sub-issues β€” Create nested issues under a parent issue for breaking down work
  • Create and assign milestones β€” Create project milestones and assign issues to them by name
  • Delete and archive issues β€” Remove or archive issues that are no longer needed
  • Search teams and projects β€” Discover teams, list projects, and search across your Linear workspace for context
  • Access workspace context β€” Understand team structure, workflow states, and member details to provide relevant assistance

Use Cases

  • Automated triage - AI agents analyze incoming issues and suggest priority, labels, or assignees based on code analysis
  • Debug-to-ticket workflow - Convert debug findings into well-documented Linear issues with one click
  • Context-aware support - When investigating issues, agents pull in related Linear tickets for full context

Scopes & Permissions

PlayerZero requests only the permissions needed for AI agents to assist with debugging and issue management. We follow the principle of least privilegeβ€”each permission directly enables a specific capability.
